Texas A&M Qatar won the Qatar Invitational Tournament this weekend...okay....they didn't just win, they killed it! Jacob and Maddies first A&M sporting event! Half the team are students of mine and they were fantastic with Jacob. One on the left of Jacob is from Qatar and in my 312 class and the one on the right is from Lebanon and in my 104 class. Then there are various other students of mine from Iraq and Iran as well. At one point when the other team was tring to make a free throw, the gym was dead silent and Clifton got Jacob to yell, "BRICK" it was hilarious!
Not really a sport...it was a robot competition on campus, but Clifton took Jacob to go see it.
So I'm waiting on Clifton to find his cord to his phone so I can download the amazing picture he got from the tennis tournament this weekend. He and the guys got to go see the top eight women in the world. Including Venus and Serena playing each other. He said they got to sit really close to the court as well. Pretty cool!
I leave you with this....we have been potty trained for a month now....PRAISE ALLAH!!! and my friend Michelle for loaning me the magical book.
